Dutchess ARC employs approximately 300 staff in a variety of positions.
The minimum requirement for a direct care position is a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Positions include all shifts: days, evenings and nights and are located throughout Dutchess County. Experience is not required for all positions, but “heart” and a belief that you can make a difference in someone's life are. Well over 50% of our management and supervisory
positions are filled from promotions within the organization.

Residential Direct Care
Residential Direct Care positions are available throughout Dutchess County to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and assist them with their activities of daily living. Starting hourly rate is $10.9600 plus shift and med certification differentials when applicable.

Dutchess ARC, an agency providing rehabilitation and community support services to individuals with disabilities, is looking for NYS Licensed RN’s to work in our residences throughout Dutchess County.

Grant Writing Internship
The Grant Internship is an unpaid position for a college student enrolled in an undergraduate English or writing intensive program (or related field) at a four year college or university. Must have good organizational skills; experience in grant writing and working in a nonprofit environment a plus.
