Dutchess ARC employs over 300 staff in a variety of positions.

The minimum requirement for a direct care position is a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Positions include all shifts: days, evenings and nights and are located throughout Dutchess County. Experience is not required for all positions, but “heart” and a belief that you can make a difference in someone's life are.
Well over 50% of our management and supervisory positions are filled from promotions within the organization.
